For patients who do not have insurance, we offer self-pay rates and packages.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit, credit, HSA, and FSA. We charge a 3% fee on credit card transactions. We are happy to discuss payment plan options as well. It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service. Your insurance benefits will be determined before your second visit, and you will be informed of what, if any, payment is necessary on that date.
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably in clothes that allow easy access for the therapist to examine your problem areas. For treatments, loose-fitting clothes that are comfortable for gentle exercises and supportive sneakers are often good choices to wear.
How long will my session last?
The first session is an evaluation and lasts for 1 hour. Each session after that may be 40-60 minutes. The amount of time will be based on your specific needs, and your therapist will discuss this with you.
How many visits will I need?
Each patient’s diagnosis is different. Your therapist will develop a plan of care that aligns with your specific goals and needs. Your plan of care and number of visits will be collaboratively determined with you during your first visit with your physical therapist.
What education or training do you have?
All of our physical therapists are board-certified Doctors of Physical Therapy. A clinical doctorate requires years of training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, neurology, and many other medical sciences. Your physical therapist is well-trained to evaluate and treat your condition or concern.
Do you offer programs for me to prevent the injury from returning?
Yes, once you have completed your therapy sessions and met your goals, your therapist will review your individualized home exercise program. In addition, we have partnered with local fitness and healthcare professionals. Your therapist will discuss if our Beyond PT program is right for you and the best path for your continued wellness journey.
